This is a daylong deaf arts and culture event. Details can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/deafhealth.wales\/cy\/mini-dg\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fel rhan o\u2019r digwyddiad hwnnw bydd ein prosiect yn cyflwyno seminar, \u2018Cynhwysiant Pobl Fyddar mewn Gofal Iechyd a Chymdeithasol: Beth mae Ymarferwyr Angen ei Wybod\u2019, sydd wedi\u2019i ddylunio\u2019n benodol ar gyfer gweithwyr proffesiynol gofal iechyd, ymarferwyr, myfyrwyr a rhanddeiliaid o\u2019r gymuned sy\u2019n gallu clywed, er mwyn eu helpu i ddeall diwylliant Byddar yn well a rhwystrau rhag cael mynediad at wasanaethau a sut maent yn gallu gwneud eu gwasanaethau\u2019n hygyrch a chynhwysol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bydd y sesiwn yn cael ei chynnal gan ddau gyd-ymchwilwyr DHW byddar ac arbenigwyr yn y maes, Dr Sara Rhys-Jones a Mr Paul Redfern (bywgraffiadau llawn isod).  Bydd yn rhoi cyfle i fynychwyr ddysgu am y gymuned fyddar a sut i wneud Cymru yn wlad fwy teg a chynhwysol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bydd y pynciau a gwmpasir yn cynnwys, ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Cyflwyniad ac eglurhad o\u2019r hyn yw Iaith Arwyddion Prydain (BSL), a\u2019r hyn nad ydyw, a diwylliant Byddar o safbwynt hunaniaeth, iaith a chymuned<\/li>\n<li>Ystadegau ar iechyd meddwl ac iechyd corfforol cymunedau byddar yng Nghymru<\/li>\n<li>Mae rhwystrau mewn gwasanaethau gofal iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol ar gyfer cleifion byddar<\/li>\n<li>Egluro a deall caniat\u00e2d a GDPR gyda chleifion byddar<\/li>\n<li>Deall beth mae cydraddoldeb yn ei olygu ar gyfer pobl fyddar sy\u2019n arwyddo BSL<\/li>\n<li>Pwysigrwydd gweithio gyda chymunedau byddar ac nid drostynt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bydd yna hefyd sesiwn Holi ac Ateb agored lle bydd Dr Rhys-Jones a Mr Redfern yn ceisio ateb unrhyw gwestiynau a allai fod gan y gynulleidfa ynghylch gofal iechyd a lles pobl fyddar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a unique opportunity to learn from deaf experts.\u00a0 BSL\u2013English interpretation will be provided, and the event is free and open to all hearing health care professionals, practitioners, students and stakeholders.\u00a0 We do, however, ask you to register <a href=\"https:\/\/deafhealth.wales\/cy\/event\/deaf-health-and-wellbeing-workshop\/\">here<\/a>\u00a0fel ein bod yn gallu cynllunio yn \u00f4l yr angen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os oes gennych chi unrhyw gwestiynau, mae croeso i chi anfon e-bost atom ar <a href=\"mailto:deafhealth@bangor.ac.uk\">deafhealth@bangor.ac.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welwn ni chi yno gobeithio!<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bywgraffiadau<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr Sara Rhys\u2011Jones is a deaf BSL\u2011signing Principal Clinical Psychologist for Swansea Bay University Health Board.
